Unprofessional staff and zero customer support
I purchased an item today and returned shortly after to exchange/return it. Not only was the staff incredibly rude and dismissive, but they also flat-out refused to honor the return, despite it being the same day. Extremely disappointing experience and a total lack of basic customer service. Suggest others take their business elsewhere.
